Dealing with erectile dysfunction can be a horrible experience for those that happen to be effected by it. It makes you question yourself in terms of sexual performance as you never quite know how bad it will be at a particular time or whether it will affect you at all.

All this questioning of oneself ends up causing stress and other negative thoughts, these work to further complicate the issue as mental state as plays a part when it comes to erectile dysfunction.

All of this added stress and inability to perform as one wants to can also contribute to relationship issues as both partners are left unfulfilled due to the nature of the issue.

How to use Viagra and minimize side effects.

The V Three-Step Viagra works well for me, actually lasting ~12 hours.

Side effects are minimized by the Three Step…one, pop an aleve (Naproxen), two: use a 12 hour nasal spray, and three: take an acid reducer such as tagamet. I find the headache ok, the nasal stuffiness goes with the nasal spray. The acid reducer helps, but GERD indigestion is aggravated by alcohol, and I really do enjoy a glass of wine or two. Creative sex..(non-horizontal works too.) Horizontal is not good for heartburn. I did find that very small doses work, as low as 1/8 of a 100 mg tab, and since they all cost the same, /4 or by 8 is nice… All in all, sad to need, but hey…it’s nice to have around.

Unable to take on full stomach Viagra works ok for me, but later treatments (LeVitra and Cialis) are more flexible and don’t give me the same side effects (headache in particular)

Viagra Long-Term Use

Viagra has always worked well for me, even in low doses.

However, the side effects (stuffy nose, flushing, anorgasmia) are truly annoying, and the lack of spontaneity in sexual activity (sex needs to be planned in advance to correspond to the short window of effectiveness) is less than ideal.

The effect of Viagra is good for achieving an erection, and maintaining the erection. However my wife says that it is different from before, and she really doesn’t like it. I’m dead in the water without it, result of Multiple Sclerosis and meds.

no sex!!! Viagra has done nothing for my sexual performance or should I say non-performance. Neuro stated that my progression of the Multiple Sclerosis and having several large active lesions near, and on the part of the brain that controls sexual activity is one of the possible reasons, as well as some of the prescription meds that I am currently taking. I have heard of other User’s doing extremely well with the treatment though.

Quite Effective Started on 25mg but they became ineffective after a while.

Have gone stepwise through the different strength tabs to the highest dose-I’ve been on the 100mg tabs for several months now and they work quite well. Sometimes have problems with ejaculation but at least my sex life is a million times better than it was before Viagra!

The standard by which all others are judged 2/3 of a 100mg pill of Viagra works extremely well for me in producing and maintaining hard erections.

It kicks in after about 30 minutes, and peaks around 1 hour after use. It remains in my system about 24 hours, with decreasing effects after about 2-4 hours. Side effects include increased heart rate, blue tinted vision, painful erections, and difficulty in ejaculating, much to the pleasure of my partner, who gets as much as she wants! (I have gone well over an hour before, and could have gone longer if not for my partner in pain and about to split in two.) Size is also improved, in both length and girth. Libido seems to be increased, despite everyone saying it has no effect. I don’t really have any complaints, as the side effects have always been rather minor compared to the benefits. I would not recommend taking more than 100mg though, as this could be dangerous to your heart. 100mg can get pretty intense, creating a tripping feeling with glowing lights, altered taste in my mouth, and other unusual side effects.

Compared to Cialis and Levitra, you get more bang for your buck.
