Common Questions About Erectile Dysfunction
I am 45 years old, but unfortunately, I have to take antidepressants which destroyed my sex drive. I started taking and have been using Cialis for close to one year. When I first started using the pill was because erectile dysfunction kind of hit me out of nowhere as I was under a lot of pressure at work, my personal situation was going through a lot of chaos, and the holiday season was upon us.
What the doctor said
When I went to my doctor and told him my situation he prescribed 20mg tablets and told me to cut it in half during the first couple of times that my wife and I used the pill. So that evening my wife and I had just started a sexual session, and my erection didn’t do anything so I decided to take the pill. After waiting a couple more minutes I decided to take the other half of the pill, and before I knew it, I had fallen asleep.
When ED goes wrong
After a couple of hours I woke up with a major erection, that would go away. It was the first time in a long time, which I had woken up with an erection, so as you can imagine, I was beyond happy. The only issue was that it was in the middle of the night and my wife was asleep, so I really couldn’t do anything to help myself out. As waiting for a couple of hours, I finally fell back asleep, and once again when I woke up in the morning my erection was back, and this time I had to wake my wife up for a nice morning sexual session.
Seek help if the erection lasts too long
After we were done, my erection still wouldn’t go away, so I took a shower to try to help the situation. I went to work that day and had a few erections so by the time I got home I wanted to try again and boy did it ever kick in. We finished up and an hour later I was ready to go again. This stuff is powerful but may take a little for the first dose to kick in.
The positives of Cialis are very apparent. The erections are amazing when the pill starts working, but I recommend starting with the lowest dosage available, as having an erection for a long time can be very painful and might even cause an injury.
Another advantage that I noticed over time is that the pill has started to help with my controlling my night urinating frequency as well. I’m not sure if this is something that the pill was supposed to do, but in the past, I would wake up every two hours or so, and now, I wake up once at the most during a typical night, and most nights I thankfully sleep through the entire night.
I have thought have noticed some negatives since starting to take Cialis for my erectile dysfunction issue. First off, which I know I shouldn’t complain about, having an erection for 12 hours should be a positive, but sleeping with an erection can be very uncomfortable. I’ve also noticed that at the time I tend to get some pretty massive headaches and have been getting some pretty heavy joint pain which I have not had in the past, which has been causing me concern. I also have been having lower back pain that at times has kept me from standing up. Also at times when I’m taking the drug, I tend to feel hot and warm, which I’m not sure if it’s a side effect of the drug.
The final problem that I have noticed is that I’m having a slight problem reaching ejaculation, usually during my second sessions with my wife. Again, I shouldn’t be complaining about something like that, but having an erection and not being able to finish is a terrible and painful feeling, but at least I’m giving my partner plenty of time for her to get fully satisfied and to really enjoy each and every sexual experience that we have together. All in all, I would definitely recommend the drug, just be aware of the side effects, and be ready to have great times with your significant other!.
